Easy 7-Day Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
1. Return Window
You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns raised after this window will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions

- Item is unused & unwashed
- Original tags are intact
- Original packaging is intact
- Within 7 days of delivery
❌ NOT ACCEPTED IF
- Item is used or washed
- Tags are removed or damaged
- After 7 days of delivery
- Item is from exempt categories
3. Exempt Categories
The following items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect:
- 🧴 Beauty, Skincare & Fragrance products
- 🎽 Inner wear, lingerie & swimwear
- 🧸 Customised / personalised items
- 🛍 Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
4. How to Raise a Return
- Email us at support@valgoworld.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- We will arrange a free pickup from your address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Exchange Option
We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same product, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days.
